Six specialists will host tables on the hottest topics for publishers. You’ll have the chance to ask your questions and hear what these experts have to say, plus gain feedback from other publishers who are present. Spend your time at one table, or pick and choose your expert. Come armed with your biggest challenge—this is the day to find out what you need to know!

Vicky Hay, The Copyeditor’s Desk

vickyhay.jpgAuthor of four books and innumerable popular and scholarly articles, Victoria Hay is the editor and publisher of the Arizona State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ Office for Scholarly Journals, where she manages a staff of four in preproduction work for six scholarly journals whose subject matter ranges from developmental psychology to mathematical biosciences. Formerly an associate editor at Arizona Highways, Victoria has a doctorate in English literature and fifteen years of real-world editorial experience, as well as a long academic career. She owns and operates The Copyeditor’s Desk, Inc., an editing consultancy that has helped authors and publishers take more than 30 books to print.
